At VMA, 12th grade students finish classes in mid-October to begin studying for the PSU, but they are still required to come to school. The issue is whether this is a good system as it stands or should be revised.

Reason: We, the twelfth graders, are stressed. Evidence: It is a fact that stressed students are not able to perform properly in academic activities, and that they way of solving this problem is by passing through a relaxing and calm period. Analysis: we are, without a doubt, stressed. As my evidence shows, stressed students need to relax. Link: the only way we have to relax, and defeat stress, is by leaving school earlier. We need time not only to study but to do things that are good for ourselves like sports and hobbies. Practicing a sport helps the person in every way. It helps to oxygen the head and blood, so headaches and dizziness are taking care of. It creates endorphins that make you happy. That way you are more relax and clear minded. It also helps to be happy with the body because you get in good shape and feel confident and with a good self-esteem. Side: No, we should study at home

Parents invest a lot of money in education, and because of this they want to see their money having sence in the life of their kids. Not every one have the access to good education, and since we, students that go to villa maria can, we have to show an example of worthy money, worthy effort, worthy time. $300.000 is what school charges to parents for teaching their kids in VMA.
