Should stray dogs be euthanized?

There are many dogs living on the street (strays) in Santiago.  Should they be rounded up and euthanized?  Adopt a position and support your arguments.

Students in 12th grade should have a special period at school to study for the PSU.

At VMA, 12th grade students finish classes in mid-October to begin studying for the PSU, but they are still required to come to school.  The issue is whether this is a good system as it stands or should be revised.

Students should be allowed to sell candies and other small items at school.
